RECREATION![]() The YMCA has a long history of bringing recreation into young New Zealanders lives. We do this by making activities available to children at every opportunity – before and after school and during school holidays. Our recreation also caters for sport not always offered at school. Our recreation programmes provide a safe and healthy environment that is fun and engaging.
Recreation is also an important part of both the Holiday Programmes and The OSCAR pre and after school care programmes. Our programmes are for 0 – 18 years old and 55+ age groups. Below are our recreation contact details and a list of the many diverse recreation activities available. Also, please check the News Board Tab for new recreation activities that are on the horizon. If you or your school are interested in experiencing these awesome programmes then please contact us today.
